Deliveries inside the European Union

We dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Once your order has been placed it's not possible to change it, so please check it thoroughly before completing the purchasing process. Bear in mind that delivery times shown are estimates. As soon as your package is shipped we have no influence over the exact delivery date and time.

The delivery cost will be calculate in your shopping cart. The cost depends on how much you purchase and the postal code. Delivery time may varie from country to country.

 

Please note:
- Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to Guernsey, Jersey or the Isle of Man.
- We only deliver within the European Union. For deliveries outside the EU, see the information below.

 

 

Deliveries outside the European Union

For deliveries outside the European Union, you can make use of Ex Works. Note that the minimum order value for this is €250.

Follow these steps >

 

  1. Email your order to our customer service team. They will place your order for you and send you an email with details of how you can make your payment. Please note that a service charge of €50 will be added to the total amount to cover administration and handling costs.
  2. Once your order is ready for collection, a customer service representative will provide you with information about the weight and dimensions of your shipment as well as the address where it can be picked up. Be aware that your chosen transport company will have 5 business days* to pick up your shipment once it is ready for collection.
  3. As soon as your order is ready for collection, you should contact your chosen transport company (e.g. DHL / FedEx / UPS) to arrange collection of your shipment from our warehouse and get it delivered to the destination of your choice.
  4. If your transport company provides you with a shipping label, please send this to us by email, along with your order number for our reference. This will then be attached to your shipment along with a packing list of the products you've ordered and the invoice. These documents are required for clearing customs across country borders.

*Please note - if your shipment is not picked up within 5 business days, the item(s) will be returned to stock. You will be refunded for the amount of your order, but the service charge will not be returned to you.
